Final stretch

I have a problem where when I get close to a goal, I get comfortable and end up giving up. This is why i didn’t hit my March 1st deadline of 130 lbs =(

I spent a week in NYC waiting for my car and ate anything I felt like eating, gaining 2 lbs in the process. This is how I fell into my spiraling hole last time and I refuse to let myself get back to that state. I took a progress picture that actually doesn’t look too bad, but I’m going to use it as a starting point to improve from:

The picture was taken at my home gym that I set up today (ie. the multi-purpose man-cave) and I’m excited to say that lifting is so much fun to do to fight boredom. I hope to gain a six-pack by the end of the summer by first hitting my goal of 130 lbs, then lift more and put on some muscle.
